Like Jenny, I've decided to do weight watchers. So all of this will be in ww points, because for some reason I hate the concept of calorie counting, don't ask me why. heh
I was bad today though...
Breakfast:
Large platter of sliced gala apples (3 pts)
Brunch:
Half a sliced turkey sandwich (4 pts)
Lunch:
Chicken breast sandwich (8 pts)
Dinner: (oh dear god...I went to Cadiz, I eat up there)
15 small breaded shrimp (11 pts)
4 half pieces of corn-on-the-cob with light butter (4 pts)
1.5 full ears of corn-on-the-cob no butter (2 pts)
Half of a Gatorade (1 pt)
Total: 33 pts
Allowed: 30
Weekly flex points remaining: 32
Bah.
